Worked with Lee on a CRITICAL computer failure , where in my business world, 2-4 hour responses is the minimum expectation - (speed is life). Lee searched the issue, found the solution, and followed through until I was back running with same or better working computer functions to get back on track being in constant communication to let you know what step is in place!! Timing to resolve and level attitude to grind through until I was completely back up and working was highly appreciated Thanks much!! Tim

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Lee! Lee was patient and did not leave my side until my issue was solved. I had a complex problem, but Mr. Lee did not care, he troubleshooted a few different solutions before finding the answer. Mr. Lee got me to the finish line with an sympathetic bedside manner. I could have not asked for a more wonderful tech expert!
