David and his team at Amicus IT Solutions are friendly, responsive and do great work for us. They've hard wired our computers, phones and printer into our system so that everything works with no connectivity issues or delays. When we've had software or PCs acting up, they're able to dial into our computers remotely to fix the issues, and they offer an anti-virus and monitoring service that ensures everything is working just how we want it to. They also act as an add-on I/T service for large companies with in house I/T who need additional support. I highly recommend them.

Amicus IT is a wonderful company to work with. David and Kris are both very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. They are very easy to reach when an issue arises and take care of any issues in a very timely manner. They have worked after hours to help when necessary. They stop by the office to check in periodically to make sure that everything is working properly and no one is having any issues or needs assistance. We could not ask for better customer service. Amicus IT is always here when we need them.
