I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Quinn at CTS, to resolve a issue I had with block content on my student' s Chromebook recently. He not only answered back super fast to my request, he also problem solved and worked on the issue until it was resolved. This has been the fastest and easiest process I've ever been involved with.
