I have used Compuzone for their technical support and repairs for over 5 years now. They knock it out of the park every single time. The pricing is upfront- and when you lose everything and they are able to recover it- it's priceless!

This place is amazing. They pulled out a literal miracle with our work computer after our hard drive crashed. We lost everything, and they were able to get it back for us. So nice and helpful. They made no guarantees, no false promises which I appreciated, but in the end THEY DID IT! I will be forever grateful.

Stopped by the store on a hope and a prayer they could help get my bulging battery out of my laptop as the removal needed a special screw driver. Chris knocked it out of the park as he did just that. Love it when you go to a business and are met with professionalism, courteous service and someone with an attitude to leave the customer satisfied. Come see these guys!

I just has a custom PC built for my freelance work. I had no idea it could be so easy and quick to build a custom PC. It only took about two days from the time I put the deposit down until I picked it up. It runs like a dream, and I am so glad I chose this route as opposed to purchasing a stock computer from Dell, HP, etc. The prices are very fair. The prices for each item are clearly laid out in a takeaway sheet, so it's easy to compare costs and know exactly what you're getting. They were knowledgeable and helpful, and I'm definitely happy with my decision.

Short version: They tried to rip me off Full story: I brought in my gaming computer because it would not turn on. Compuzone offered me a free evaluation/inspection to discover the root of the problem. They keep it for 24-48 hours and let you know. The next day Compuzone informs me that 2 cores from the quad core processor have failed, the power supply unit is failing and spiking how much power it puts out, and that the outer case connection for the on/off switch is fried. To repair the computer will be roughly $450. However they recommend that at that point it would be in my best interest to simply have them build me a new computer for between $500-$700. I take the dead carcass of my PC home and decide what to do. I take it to Best Buy for a second opinion. Without delay they examine my PC in front of me. When it doesn't turn on they open it up and "jump start it" from the mother board. They then run their diagnostic tool which took well over and hour to complete. They show me the results - all green, computer is working fit as a fiddle. However, the on/off switch to the case IS fried, I will need a new case. The tech recommends a few cases and websites to find them, ranging from just under $50 to $200 for something exotic with LED lights and hookups for liquid cooling etc. ------- For under $50 I could be up and running. Then the tech teaches me how to turn on the computer from the mother board. Its not elegant, but it will allow me to continue using it....TO WRITE THIS REVIEW and wait for my new case to arrive. This evaluation was also free. At no point did they offer to sell me anything. I take my computer home fire it up and all is well. I then call Compuzone to well, give them the benefit of the doubt. I explain my experience at Best Buy and ask Compuzone to rationalize the difference in diagnosis. I asked them to explain why they had come to their conclusions about failing hardware....help me understand. Compuzone cannot clearly explain but feels that their test was somehow more thorough. I ask if there is a way I could perform a similar test at home to reproduce any of their results. Compuzone asks me to download, install, and run a program called, "Passmark". I do and Passmark gives my PC a 91% rating and suggests that I update a few drivers! Compuzone's only response is that they could have reached, "A false positive." Stay away!
