The Geek Brigade is without a doubt the most fantastic IT company I have ever experienced. Constantly available and patient with those of us who may not be quite so savvy. I have never been so impressed with the entire capacity of a company. They are quick to help fix any problems you have, while understanding how incredibly frustrating it can be to have a computer not functioning the way it should. Jon and his team are very knowledgeable and describe the services they provide in a manner in which a non-IT person can understand. We had Geek Brigade out to our office to provide an audit/quote for a new server (small law firm). The quote was very reasonable and the proposed new system will provide our office with more efficient ways to back our data.
