Words cannot express the disappointment and disgust I feel for Tracy Maxwell and her incompetent team. I hired them to take over my network and despite their assurances they violated the 3 laws of IT, which are: (1) don’t lose your customers data (2) make sure your customers down time is minimized with prompt action and response to issues, (3) never blame your customer or their precious IT company for network failures - you accept the client, you collect fees, you assume full responsibility for the network. My advice to anyone looking at Maxwell IT - do yourself a tremendous favor - run away as fast as you can. You’ll thank me.
