Drew was very professional and courteous. He worked with me in trying to resolve the VPN issue and offer to follow up. He did indeed follow up; the issue was resolved and additionally helped me resolving other issues. I appreciate especially the follow-up on a ticket. In my experiences other companies say they will follow up on an issue and it doesn't happen. Drew and other Miles Technicians, in my experience, are seriously working in solving an issue and definitely do follow up, even if it means extra time. I appreciate the service that Miles Tech Support always provide!

As my business grew over the years, so did the number of people, computers, printers and need for servers. If it were not for Miles IT, we would have had to hire an inhouse IT person and we did not have the money for that. It was a growing pain, I could not handle the IT work anymore and still have the time to run my business. Miles took that responsibility and ran with it. And no matter what the project or problem, whether a simple computer malfunction for an end user or needing to spec out a new website, I get exactly the talent I need from Miles IT.
