Mike was so helpful from the beginning. He responded to an online inquiry I placed within 20 minutes of me placing it. His office is 45 min from my home which wouldn’t normally be an issue but I work full-time and also run a business with my husband so my time is limited during the day. Mike offered to meet me 1/2 way to make it easier And did this several times. He also gave me a loaner monitor while he looked and waited for the parts to come in. This allowed us to carry on as usual so our business was not affected at all. The best part is they are honest. I know nothing about computers and was waiting for a bill for at least $200. When he told me it was $87 my jaw dropped. My screen was fine, it literally just needed a new frame and hinges to hold the screen in place. Mike, you and your company are heroes to us small business owners. Thank you for your honesty, expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Two Roads Technology.
