We just recently switched IT providers, and so far iSupportU has been blowing the last provider out of the water. They are incredibly personable, very knowledgeable on subject matter, and are fantastic at holding your hand through the process. It was a very long transition to move an entire business onto a completely new platform (we migrated from Microsoft Exchange to Google Apps for our email platform right when we switched to iSupportU), and every staff member we have worked with has been extremely attentive and accessible throughout the entire process. Stellar customer service. I had my iPhone repaired by iSupportU and had a problem with it about 40 days later not functioning properly. Unfortunately the manufacturer's warranty only covered the part for 30 days, but iSupportU stepped up and replaced the screen (again) at no charge, with no fuss. It was certainly an unexpected surprise to receive such great customer service. When your iPhone breaks (let's face it, they all do eventually) I'd highly recommend you take it into iSupportU
