Kylee and Jeremy are incredibly conscientious and never fail to provide excellent service, even when it is some strange request on our part. When problems that arise necessitate IT involvement, we look forward to our interactions because Kylee and Jeremy never fail to have a sense of humor as they quickly address the issue. We have been customers since 2013 and have no plans of leaving.

We have been working with Acumen for several months now and I have been VERY impressed. They have gone above and beyond since the 1st day we met to discuss the needs for our church to several months later by offering to spend hours training on on website management to help us update and maintain a current website. They provide our day to say security and maintenance needs as well as our tech support when needed. They are friendly, fast, and understand our concerns. They not only provide solutions but keep us as involved as we want to be to learn how to solve the problem if wed like to try on our own the next time. We provide the services and a digital tool for all the documents generated during construction and then handed over to the owner and the facility. We have worked with Acumen since 2009. They are responsive, very knowledgeable not only for our hardware but also our software. They are persistent and diligent and work very economically for us. They will suggest alternatives if a problem or a new approach that would benefit us. They are our partners! Our software is critical to our success.
