We appreciate the fast response times and staying on top of our network, even when we are not here. Marcus keeps us informed of any issues that arise after working hours and usually has it resolved before we start the next work day. All the staff at Blue Layer are top notch and go above and beyond to keep you informed.

Very patient and helpful technician (Arthur) who gently talked me through several steps to help solve our internet connection problem. In the end, *he was the one praising *me for doing a good job, but it was really his excellent instruction that got the job done!

We hired Blue Layer at our business about a month ago. They taught us what phishing and/or suspicious emails look like lately. I almost immediately got a phishing email, got on chat with Blue Layer, they handled it quickly and let me get back to my work. Good Job!
