We’ve been using CITOC here in Houston for our IT, and it’s been a big improvement from our last provider. Response times are quick, issues actually get resolved, and everything just runs smoother day to day. Their team is easy to work with and explains things clearly without overcomplicating it or pushing extra services. Overall, solid and reliable—exactly what you want from an IT company.

Sam helped me set up a individual share folder that was in a network drive that others had access to and did it with efficiency. He Identified possible future issues with add additional employees and suggested setting up the permission in a particular way. His knowledge and proactiveness has streamlined any action that involves this fold.
