J.T was really awesome. I like that he could help me, help him so that he could get it right to help me. That was awesome! Even after our communication got disconnected, in the space of the 'username' him and I were communicating, writing each other messages and that was super cool to connect with someone like that half way across the world. Preactive has GREAT Service! The support line is answered by a real person that is usually able to take care of the issue without having to transfer, call back or set up a ticket. Jess is the name of the support tech that helped me, but all of our employees report the same great service no matter who answers their call.
