They were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and patient while helping me with my computer issues and explaining everything in a way I could actually understand, and when it comes to tech stuff, for me , this is no small feat . The store itself has a great selection of tech products and accessories, and the staff , namely Chad , goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need.He even stayed to help us after hours, so we would be up and going , to ensure our business ran fluid . I found them professional, personable, competent and affordable. I had clicked on a site and our computer became infected with a trojan virus. The IT guys at Computer Innovations explained what had happened, what they had done, put my mind at ease, all in terms I could understand. Thank you Chad GPT! I have worked with this company many times when my macbook was on the fritz and they have been great to help me out. My computer got stuck in the update last night and I brought it in with 30 minutes until they closed and Chad was able to help me restore my computer without much trouble. Earlier last year they helped me recover my entire hard drive when the computer got stuck in the boot up process and I am so grateful to them for their experience and patience for someone who isn't computer savvy. And they are local! Always love to support local businesses.
