Nice facility. We provide & manage our own gear but the electricity & data provided by them has worked well up until this point.

Really nice data center. I was looking for a data recovery company. instead i found a colocation center instead. IDK why it is listed this way.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Easy to check in and get what you need and they have carts to help you carry in or carry out any equipment you may need to swap out.

Dartpoints (previously Venyu) has been the IT provider for my employer for many years. I believe previous leadership had gotten complacent and now with new leadership, we are reviewing all expenditures to determine if they are the best fit. With the increasing dependence on computers, we asked for quotes in October 2025 on a managed service arrangement, where Dartpoints would come by on a regular schedule to perform maintenance, etc., rather than continuing with the breakfix solution that was in place. We told our sales rep that we were also obtaining quotes from other IT vendors. He explained that this is not something that Dartpoints offers, only breakfix. I requested all contracts be sent to me so we could review, and these contracts were provided along with contract end dates, but with no indication or reminder that they would auto renew for one year. Our office was also in the midst of moving to a new space, so we were looking to upgrade some equipment. The quote we received was for $433/month, and this was to lease a firewall, 3 wireless access points, and a switch. This is Dartpoints business model, to lease rather than resell equipment, but the option to purchase our own equipment was never presented. I should add that we have been leasing a firewall from Dartpoints since early 2020 and have paid ~$22,000 for this one piece of equipment. These costs were substantially higher than a quote we received from a different company, where we could purchase and own the equipment for just under $2,200, a difference of nearly $3,000 over the course of a year. This same company also offers managed IT services, so after some further review we contacted Dartpoints to see about ending our arrangement, and that’s when we found out that the contract had autorenewed. Our sales rep was adamant that he didn’t have any indication that we were looking to change vendors, so I guess it didn’t register when we said we were getting other quotes. Despite repeated requests to escalate my request to terminate the contract, it has only gone up one level above our sales rep, and the response I received from that person was completely generic and did not address my concerns at all. I then asked our sales rep what it would cost to buy out our current contracts (Microsoft licenses, more on those below, and MDR/EDR solution licenses) and this request was also largely ignored. It should be noted that prior to this, the only time I heard from a sales rep was to sell us something, and since this incident began I’ve shown my obvious displeasure with the company, and response times have been lethargic at best. The Dartpoints invoice is incredibly confusing on the MS licenses. It shows we are paying for 13 Standard licenses (we are a staff of 10) at $16.10/month (these are $12.50/month directly from MS) and somehow 20 Basic licenses as well, with the costs differing on these. We are being charged a markup on these licenses, which is not evident unless you know to price check this. One of these licenses (email only is used) is for the Dartpoints IT guy, which he explained he needed to perform service on our equipment. Two other licenses are for email only, so the Office Suite apps are not even used, so these all could have been setup as an email alias rather than paying a full license fee. This was longer than I anticipated, but I wanted to provide as much info as possible so others can review their own arrangement with this company. Needless to say, we plan to cancel our contracts as soon as it's feasible.
