Since Velo has been on board with our firm, they have gone out of the way to try and make the transition smooth. When I call or e-mail support, someone is quick to get back with me, resulting in the issue being resolved. I love the excellent customer service I've been given since being on board with our firm. Though, there are still issues that they are addressing, I'm sure they are working hard to resolve as quick as possible.

Velo is a great company unless you need them to physically come to your office to fix a long standing and recurring IT issue. Often times they will attempt to fix issues over the the phone or with consent to control on your computer (which is great) but when those fixes don't work and an in person onsite visit is warranted they often refuse to come. Very strange. Very hard to keep your company working and productive without in person support when it is warranted.
