The company I work for recently moved away from in house tech support and began receiving support from DDCIT. I had a team member who lost access to his email account and needed a password reset. I submitted the ticket and within 10 mins my team member received a call and got the help that was needed. His email was back up and running within 15 mins! I was very impressed!
