Any IT company is difficult to maneuver throughout the work day, but my experience with Equinox is they respond quickly to get my needs back on track whether it's installing programs I need or email difficulties caused by other companys' servers. Thy are quick to help and educate. I've been very happy working with them over the years, thanks guys!

My company hires them for our IT needs. They are wonderful! They have always been very accessible, always answering when I call. They are helpful, working hard to complete our random requests. They are very personable too, and easy to work with. I recently worked with Kender and he was great, following through on the weird issues I kept bringing up!
