I have never left a bad review on another business, but as a business owner I feel it's important on this one... Met with Larry during the construction phase to install phones/internet services in one of our medical clinics and he was friendly and seemed like the job was no problem. When it came time to install, his team could not figure out our simple 3 line office phone system and left the job without finishing it. I had to reach out to multiple people and leave messages to get them to come back out and the job was STILL not done properly. They kept trying to blame Comcast (our phone provider) and we ended up having to hire and pay another company to come out and finish the job and the other company did it with zero issues. Horrible communication, lacks professionalism, and clearly don't take pride in what they do because they never even called to see if things were working properly, just left it knowing it wasn't right. Haven't heard from them in months until now and only to pay the invoice, knowing they never completed the job. DO NOT RECOMMEND and would never use again. UPDATE 1/2/25: Day after posting this review and emailing the company directly with my issues, our internet stopped working. Comcast came out and said what's causing the issue was installed by IT which leads me to believe they went in and did something after I PAID their invoice. I was never contacted with an apology, or offer to rectify the situation and attempt to make things right. Total air silence. The most childish, unprofessional, and unbelievable business interaction I have experienced in my career.
