Andrew got my password unearthed when I could not recall it for a site and another glitch in the ID ME site that I needed to work in tandem with NPDB for verification. He is a true professional and great person. Lots of patience for us older people in the workplace. Very respectful as well.

I have been so happy with UDI. They helped set up a program to increase efficiency for me and my volunteers. And, when I hit a bump in the road with Microsoft and their authentication process, they jumped in to help fix it. I tried to navigate the process for weeks unsuccessfully. One call, and Troy was to my rescue. He tried many different options, finally helped me navigate Microsoft support, and has us back up and running.
