The folks at Kloud9 and Lauren, in particular, are great to work with! They are responsive and dedicated to finding the best solution. 10/10 would have them fix my pop ups again.

I really enjoy working with Kloud9it. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with, especially for those that don’t “speak computer.” They explain things clearly without being overwhelming. The techs I work with regularly—especially Nate, Bobby, and Pete—are professional, helpful, and proactive. They handle everything from new device setups and cloud servers to troubleshooting, follow-ups, Microsoft Management, etc. (just to name a few). Overall, Kloud9it is a great partner for companies transitioning to the cloud and maintaining a secure network.
