I am a receptionist at Highlands Center For Women. I HIGHLY recommend plus inc!!! We had issues with our fax machine for 3 weeks and Doye worked on it continuously for 3 weeks straight as faxes would not go through at all. We got told that it was our phone line and our phone line company spectrum was not help at all when it came to contacting them and asking them to come out and look at it. They came out to check it out and still stated it was nothing on there end. Then Doye came out again and somehow fixed it. Doye went above and beyond for our office and got it fixed. We highly appreciate Plus Inc!

The Plus Inc. team has been PHENOMENAL! We are starting a new business, and they have been so patient, kind and knowledgeable. They have helped guide us through everything from IT, to phones, to our copier system. They are also incredibly responsive. Any time I email the service desk an IT question, I hear back within minutes. I cannot recommend them enough!
