My company switched to Sterling after about a decade with another provider. The other provider was a one man show, and we were one of his larger accounts, so we always got immediate responses and dedicated service, and I was concerned that response times would suffer when we transitioned to an MSP with more staff. But I gotta say, the response time and attentiveness have been nothing but exceptional with Sterling. Tickets are resolved quickly and professionally, and everyone we have interacted with has been very pleasant and customer service focused. Not only that, but the engagement on the status of our network and equipment and quarterly VCIO meetings have helped us benchmark our current IT situation, and understand and plan our future needs. The depth of resources for security have been excellent, and the proactive nature of the alerts and monitoring are second to to none. My only regret with Sterling is not switching to them sooner.
