Jacob was great! He was extremely responsive, helpful, and was able to solve my issue. He was focused on the task, clear with how long it would take, and I could tell that he cared. We had a bit of a laugh at one point, which made the situation better. Hopefully I do not have anymore tech issues, but if I do, then it would be great to get Jacob again.
