Verticomm

Verticomm has proven to be an absolutely dreadful company to deal with. The saga of issues with our phone system persisted for years, leaving us desperate to sever ties with them. However, they callously rejected our pleas to terminate the contract until its designated end, displaying an utter lack of empathy for the countless problems we endured. When we finally sought clarity on the contract end date, they provided us with information that led us to believe it was time to move on. Trustingly, we set up a new VOIP service with another company, only to later discover that Verticomm had carelessly given us the wrong contract end date. Shockingly, armed with this knowledge, they adamantly refused to release us from the contract without demanding an exorbitant sum of over $14,000 for early termination. It's a blatant act of coercion, forcing us to endure the continued frustration of a subpar system that simply doesn't function as it should. Their blatant disregard for ethical business practices is appalling. It's inconceivable that they can continue operating with such indifference to the well-being of their customers. I would never, under any circumstances, consider working with Verticomm again, and I find it perplexing that a company with such poor business ethics is still in operation.
