Knight Office Solutions

I have been a customer of Knight Office Solutions in Corpus Christi for some time, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating. Due to downsizing, I informed them that I needed to adjust my contract, but they have been completely inflexible and unwilling to work with me. Instead of understanding my situation, they are forcing me to stick with a contract that no longer suits my needs. A company that truly cares about its customers would offer some level of flexibility instead of prioritizing profits over relationships. I do not recommend doing business with them unless you want to be locked into a rigid agreement with no way out!

I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience with Knight Office Solutions. My company has recently downsized, and we’ve had difficulty keeping up with our bills, including our contract with them. I reached out to explain our situation, hoping for some understanding and flexibility. Despite my attempts to communicate professionally and find a reasonable solution, they have refused to release us from the contract. As a business owner, I understand the importance of contracts, but I also believe in working with clients during difficult times something Knight Office Solutions clearly does not prioritize. Instead of offering any support or compromise, they’ve kept us locked into a contract we can no longer afford, making an already challenging situation even more difficult. If you’re considering an MSP that values long-term partnerships and understands that business circumstances change, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Customer service and flexibility are crucial in today’s business world, and unfortunately, Knight Office Solutions has failed in this regard.
