For several years, Acapella has been our go-to company for our computer needs. Their service has been prompt and courteous, and a great value for the monthly fee. Every small business needs IT support that is affordable, and Acapella is definitely that company. Especially appealing is that they are local and not some call center on the other side of the planet. Additionally, their support staff are knowledgeable in their field and patient with those of us who are not as computer-savvy but need to use the computer daily!

Acapella Technologies is comprised of a very skilled team of really nice people. Every time we’ve experienced any sort of computer glitch we send a quick email, they create a ticket and shortly thereafter a team member reaches out to us. They provide an immediate fix quickly but dig into things to a bit deeper to find underlying issues to provide complete resolution. They also have gone above and beyond to find solutions that meet our budget.
