I called Jeff on a Saturday to learn the details of getting a new hard drive for my laptop and was delighted to learn that he was able to swap and copy everything the same day! He was an excellent communicator, provided fast service, and made sure I was completely happy with my laptop when I picked it up later the same day. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff is a great resource for computer repair. I needed to upgrade my laptop with more memory come to find out I can’t upgrade because the memory is built-in into the motherboard! But with some tweaking, Jeff created a lot more storage on my hard drive than before, so I didn’t actually need to upgrade my memory!!

Knowledgable, responsive, and genuinely helpful! Jeff has been my dad's go-to computer expert for many years, and he recently solved a troublesome printer challenge for me too. Highly recommended!
