About MSP Signal
MSP Signal is the national intelligence layer for IT service providers. We track providers continuously, show each one where it stands against its local market, and tell it when a rival moves.
How the data is gathered
sourcesEach field on a profile comes from a named source family: owner claims, human review, government registries, Google, professional networks, our own crawl of company websites, search visibility data, and DNS and security scans.
Data sources lists every family. Data coverage shows how much of the directory each field covers. How the score works explains the five pillars: reputation, presence, credibility, scale and momentum.
Principles
2 rulesObserved data only
Every figure traces to a named source and a date. When a value has no source, the page says it was not observed instead of guessing.
Owners can correct
Anyone can report a wrong value with a source we can check, and a company that claims its record can edit it. A person reviews every change.
