Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This guarantee applies to both monthly and annual plan purchases.

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and processes refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and provide the email address and order details used for the purchase. You may also email info@mspsignal.com for help locating your order or submitting the request.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove access already paid for through the end of the current billing period. A cancellation is separate from a refund request. If you are within the 30-day refund period, request the refund through Paddle as described above.

Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times may vary. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
