In their own wordsMany things in our lives are complex, so whenever it is possible to keep things simple, it is always refreshing. Our "Mission Statement" doesn't have ten items or even five items; it only has one. "Leave things better than you found them." We call this the "Campground Rule," and it has served us well over the years. No matter what we do, we intend to leave things better than we found them. This translates to keeping a watchful eye and ears out so we can find things that need improvement - find something that we can improve in every customer interaction and bring tangible value.

“We call this the " Campground Rule " and it has served us well over the years.”

“In addition to vendor partnerships, we have relationships with professional and certification organizations that allow us to increase our effectiveness for our customers.”
