From their Google profile

Merit Management Group was founded in 2023 with a simple thesis: the best professional services come from people who've actually run the businesses they serve. Our team was built inside operating environments, solving financial problems, rolling out technology, hiring teams, and scaling revenue in real time. Today, Merit is a 50+ person firm headquartered in Johnston, Iowa. We provide fractional access to finance, technology, marketing, HR, advisory, and skilled trades, all under one roof. We're not theorists. We're the team that's done it.
