From network design/implementation to daily Help Desk support, we assist our clients with any technology-related issue or project. We help with procurement and serve as technical liaison with vendors, communications providers, and hardware/software manufacturers on behalf of our clients. We monitor and maintain client systems. We also provide online backup and server hosting out of our secure data centers. We believe that tech support is really people support, and our goal is to provide personal and expert assistance to the end users we interact with every day.
