Bold strategy to have sales folks that refuse to help someone. Had the misfortune of needing OTAVA to fix an IP address they own that is causing an issue. Asking for help led to me being hung up on, called a robot, and that I was lying about being hung up on. My call recordings prove otherwise. I'd rather get a root canal then deal with this place again. I shudder to think about what happens after you buy from them and actually need help.
