Small business owner, had them do our MSP for a few years due to cost savings. Well, you get what you pay for. They have 2 owners (one sales, one IT). Basically, they had one employee that they made do all the "grunt" work and he quit and went somewhere else. Since then it was all downhill. If you have to work with the IT Expert that is one of the owners, he speaks in a language that you can't understand and super fast. Besides that, you can't email them. If you do, you have to then TEXT them to tell them to look at the email or they won't respond. They even told me they don't look at emails.
