I used to like using Plus IT so I didn't want to give too bad a rating. They're really great people but you have to be super careful when getting rates from them. My last thing I had them do I was told would be $120 over the phone but it wasn't really communicated that it was an hourly wage and I was informed 3 hours into them doing it that it was an hourly rate so please do be aware of that and make sure you get the full quote for anything from them. $470 for a laptop transfer that didn't even transfer everything properly because they used OneDrive made me not want to continue going here, bu
