Since 2018 we've helped small businesses across East Tennessee stay secure and productive with managed IT services, proactive monitoring, help desk support and three layers of protection: managed next-gen firewalls, endpoint detection and response with backups, and anti-phishing, security training and Microsoft 365 backup. We also offer co-managed IT, IT consulting, projects and hourly on-demand support. Founded by U.S. Marine Corps veteran Shannon Jones, we serve Knoxville, Farragut, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Sevierville and nearby communities, with remote support available nationwide.
