Limitations

• Absence of evidence is the finding, not a verdict. A firm with no reviews and no listed certification may be excellent, it is simply unverifiable from the outside, which is exactly what a buyer has to work with.
• Certifications are checked on 20,139 of 39,351 firms and stated hours on 19,891. An unchecked firm counts as showing nothing, so 14% is a floor on both.
• Google reviews are the only review source counted here. A provider with a strong presence on another platform reads as unrated.
• We never plot a percentile of a raw star rating, the distribution bunches at the top and the resulting chart carries no information. Review count is the honest axis.

What to do with this

• Buyers: shortlist on what a provider can prove, then meet. Reviews, named certifications and stated hours narrow the field faster than any capabilities conversation.
• Providers: a systematic post-ticket review request is the highest-return move available to the 64% with nothing on file.
