  • Detection is by page-text pattern, so a widget injected purely by JavaScript can be missed, chat in particular is usually script-injected, which is the most likely reason the chat figure is so low. Read both as floors.

What to do with this

  • Put a scheduling link on the contact page and in the site footer; it is a same-day change.
  • If you already run chat or booking through a script-injected widget, make sure the link is present in the page HTML so it is discoverable.
